Who we are

Webpify is a brand of JAL Systems AB, a company registered in Sweden. JAL Systems AB is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. Contact us at hello@webpify.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us in forms, such as name, email, phone number, trade and your message.
• Basic usage data when you visit our website, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.
• Cookie and pixel data used for analytics and advertising (see below).
• For customers: business and account data needed to deliver our services, including data from Google or Meta accounts you choose to connect.

Why we use it

• To reply to demo requests and enquiries (legitimate interest or steps before a contract).
• To deliver and support the services you buy from us (contract).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent, where required).
• To meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping (legal obligation).

Services we use

We share data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google Ads and Google Analytics — Google privacy policy
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and the Meta pixel — Meta privacy policy
• An email marketing provider, used to send emails you have agreed to receive.

We never sell personal data.

Data from connected Google and Meta accounts

When a customer connects a Google or Meta account, we use that data only to provide the features they asked for, such as managing ads or their business profile. We do not sell it, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Webpify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, customer data for as long as the contract runs, and accounting records for as long as Swedish law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@webpify.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies and tracking

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control ad personalisation in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
