Data deletion instructions

Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@webpify.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address, and any account or business name, linked to the data you want removed.

We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will complete your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

What we delete

Your contact details, enquiries, account data and any data received from connected Google or Meta accounts. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices and accounting records, and delete those when the legal retention period ends.

Remove Webpify from Facebook or Instagram

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
• Find Webpify and select Remove.
• Then email us as above so we delete any data we already received.

Remove Webpify from your Google account

• Go to Google Account → Third-party connections.
• Select Webpify and choose to delete all connections.
• Then email us as above so we delete any data we already received.
